Hey there girls. Tips please?

 Well its been a while since I've posted. Here I am. my second week back at school. Well, basically, I am still fat. This shouldn't be surprising, I haven't lost weight in years. I don't think I will ever get skinny, and should probably just give up and try and find a way to be happy with my body. But I am going to continue trying to lose because it is all I know how to do. So I would understand if you dont believe in me either. However, if there are any tips you live by, or things that really worked for you, please let me know. :)

Intake:
water, choc. milk (150), salad (100), apple (100), mocha (220), tuna kit (240), water, peppermint pattie (94)

Outtake:
walking around campus, yoga, pilates

I know it might be a little pricey, but when I was on Weight Watchers, I lost like 4 pounds a week, and I wasn't even trying as hard as I could have been.
