Plan for tomorrow; Thinspo

 New Book!! I'm reading wasted now, and I just got Second Star to the Right, and Stick Figure in the Mail :) hooray.

Damn I look GINORMOUS though. I shouldn't be allowed to leave the house ever. It's disgusting.

25 days to lose 10 lbs!! I have this. Just 10. I need to do this. I can't stand not losing weight anymore. I really can't.

Anyway,

Breakfast (9 am): 1 packet of oatmeal
Lunchish (4:30): 1 packet of oatmeal
Dinner (7:30): 1 packet of oatmeal
After dinner snack (whenever all homework is done): You guessed it...1 packet of oatmeal

@winterpixietoni - haha is there such thing as an oatmeal diet or something? Its just the only thing in my dorm now. and its soooo yummy and perfect for winter.

No there isn't, at least not to my knowledge! It was a super rainy day and it just made sense, I mean it tastes so good like you said! lol

Some oatmeal is very high in fiber. Quaker isn't as high in fiber as some of the off brands, funny huh. If you get the low sugar high fiber oatmeal your plan could work and your stomach will shrink because more whole wheat and high fiber help with that. Oatmeal is a super food good luck!!!! Plus more fiber helps you stay full longer ++
